Lymph node removal during cancer surgery: a lifesaver or not?

Summary
This study looks at whether removing nearby lymph nodes during standard surgery for high-risk upper tract cancer helps patients live longer without the cancer coming back. About 150 adults will be randomly assigned to get either the standard surgery alone or with lymph node removal. They will be followed for up to 10 years to compare survival and side effects.
