First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at people with a broken spine (thoracolumbar burst fracture) who have no nerve problems. It compares surgery with wearing a brace for 6 weeks to see which leads to better recovery and fewer complications. The goal is to find out if non-surgical treatment works just as well as surgery for these patients.
