Can 'Black Box' recordings in operating rooms help fight healthcare burnout?
NCT ID NCT07396675
Summary
This study aims to see if using audio and video recordings from a surgical 'black box' system makes team discussions after surgery more helpful. It will involve about 135 operating room staff from hospitals in Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany. The goal is to find better ways to support teamwork, reduce stress, and prevent burnout among surgical teams by comparing debriefings with and without video support.
