Summary

This study compares two common surgeries used when cancer spreads to and weakens the thigh bone, causing fractures. Researchers want to know which procedure helps patients move better, feel less pain, and enjoy better quality of life after surgery. The study involves 73 adults with advanced cancer who have these specific bone fractures.
