Summary

This study compares two versions of a surgery that treats severe, uncontrollable sweating. It aims to see which surgical method is less likely to cause a common side effect where patients start sweating heavily in new areas of their body. The study will involve 46 people aged 6 and older who have not been helped by other treatments.
