Brain surgery at Tumor's return: does it buy more time?

Summary
This study aims to find out if performing a second brain surgery when an aggressive brain tumor (glioblastoma) comes back helps patients live longer and maintain a better quality of life. It will compare two groups: one that has surgery followed by standard drug therapy, and another that receives only the drug therapy. The goal is to provide clear evidence on whether the risks and benefits of a second surgery are worthwhile for patients.
