Summary
This study tests a surgical method for functional popliteal artery entrapment syndrome, a rare condition where leg muscles compress an artery during exercise, causing pain. Researchers will review 70 patients who had surgery between 2015 and 2025. The goal is to see if cutting part of the calf muscle improves leg function and allows return to sports.
