Two-Pronged attack on rare digestive cancers

NCT ID NCT06016855

Summary

This study is testing if a two-step treatment works better for patients with a specific type of digestive system cancer that has spread to the liver. First, surgeons remove as much of the tumor as possible. Then, within 90 days, patients receive a targeted radiation drug that seeks out and kills remaining cancer cells. The goal is to see if this combination helps control the disease better than either treatment alone.
