Surgeons' eyes put to the test: can they spot cancer secrets during surgery?

NCT ID NCT07321730

Summary

This study aims to understand whether surgeons can accurately identify specific features of advanced ovarian cancer just by looking at it during surgery. Researchers will ask 70-80 experienced ovarian cancer surgeons to review laparoscopic images from 19 patients and describe what they see. The goal is to learn if visual patterns can help predict tumor characteristics and guide better treatment decisions.
