Summary

This study measures how much physical stress surgeons experience during two types of knee surgery: manual and computer-assisted. Using a wearable device, researchers track heart rate, energy use, and breathing. The goal is to see if computer assistance reduces surgeon fatigue. About 80 patients will take part.
