Summary
This study compares two methods of giving surfactant, a medicine that helps premature babies breathe. One method uses a thin tube, the other uses a small airway device. The goal is to see which method causes fewer breathing problems and complications. The study will include 40 infants born at 29 weeks or later who need breathing support.
