Summary
This study compares two liquid medicines (calfactant and poractant alfa) used to help premature babies' lungs work better. Both are given using a gentler method that doesn't require putting a breathing tube down the throat. Researchers want to see which medicine works better at helping babies breathe on their own and reducing complications.
