New suction device aims to zap kidney stones more completely

Summary

This study compares a new method called Steerable Ureteroscopic Renal Evacuation (SURE) using the CVAC system against standard ureteroscopy for removing kidney stones. About 150 adults who need stone removal will be randomly assigned to one of the two procedures. The main goal is to see if the new suction technique leaves less stone debris behind.
