Virtual sessions aim to ease stress for fertility treatment pregnancies
NCT ID NCT06770972
Summary
This study is testing a free, virtual support program called Family Foundations for people who are pregnant through fertility treatments like IVF. Participants and a support person (like a partner or friend) attend 9 online sessions over 6 months to build communication skills and strengthen their caregiving team. Researchers will measure changes in stress, anxiety, and depression, and also check blood markers for inflammation to see if reducing stress lowers bodily inflammation.
