Summary
This study is testing a new 12-week support program designed to help family members caring for someone with dementia. The program uses virtual meetings and phone calls to help caregivers find more positive meaning in their role, with the goal of reducing stress and improving their quality of life. Researchers will compare the program's effects to standard education for caregivers.
