Summary
This study tested a technology-based coaching and support program designed for Chinese and Korean American women aged 40-65 who are caring for a family member with Alzheimer's disease. The goal was to see if the program could reduce caregiver stress and improve their health and quality of life. Participants were randomly assigned to either use the new program or to use standard online information for three months.
