Summary

This study tested whether a specific combination of dietary supplements could help healthy adults sleep better and feel less stressed. 115 active participants were randomly assigned to take either the real supplement or a placebo pill for several weeks. Researchers measured changes in sleep quality, stress levels, and mood using questionnaires and a sleep-tracking device.
