Summary
This early study tested a new device called the Supira System in 15 people with coronary artery disease who needed high-risk angioplasty. The device temporarily helps the heart pump blood during the procedure to prevent dangerous drops in blood pressure. The goal was to see if the device is safe and works as intended.
