Summary
This study is testing a new smartphone app called SuperAssist, designed to help mental health providers and their supervisors work together better. Researchers will enroll 180 providers and some of their clients to see if using the app for six months improves job satisfaction, reduces burnout, and leads to better client care. The goal is to learn if this tool is practical and helpful for supporting the people who support others' mental health.
