Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app called 'SUPERAGING' is practical and safe for helping older adults who are frail or becoming frail. The app provides a 16-week program of personalized physical exercises, brain training games, and nutritional advice. Researchers will mainly check if people can stick with the program and if it's safe, while also looking for changes in physical strength, memory, and daily function.
