Summary

This study is testing whether an extremely intensive upper arm therapy program is practical and helpful for people living with long-term effects of a stroke. It involves six hours of daily therapy to try to improve arm movement, reduce disability, and boost quality of life. The research is measuring changes in brain connections, arm function, and how well participants can perform everyday tasks.
