NCT ID NCT07117890

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests a daily pill called sunvozertinib in 34 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has certain uncommon EGFR gene changes. Participants have not had prior cancer treatment. The main goal is to see how many people's tumors shrink, and how long that lasts. This is a phase 2 trial, so it is still early, but it offers a potential new option for people with these rare mutations.
