Summary
This study is testing a natural compound from broccoli (sulforaphane) in 300 people with Parkinson's disease, relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis, or certain childhood nerve and muscle diseases. The goal is to see if it can protect the brain, reduce symptoms, and improve quality of life. Participants will take the supplement and be monitored with brain scans, thinking tests, and symptom checklists.
