Summary
This was an early-stage study to check the safety of a new oral drug called SUL-238 and see how the body processes it. It involved 83 healthy adults aged 40 and over. Researchers tested different single and repeated doses to find the highest safe amount and measured drug levels in the blood and spinal fluid.
