Summary

This study tests a new drug called SUL-238 in people with early, untreated Parkinson's disease. The goal is to see if the drug can improve how brain cells make energy, measured with a special MRI scan. 45 participants will take either SUL-238 or a placebo daily for 28 days, with regular checkups. The study focuses on safety and whether the drug affects brain energy levels.
