First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This early-phase trial is testing a device called Suizenji that uses focused ultrasound waves to heat and destroy pancreatic cancer cells from outside the body. The study aims to see if the treatment is safe, tolerable, and effective for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 10 participants will receive the treatment, and doctors will monitor tumor shrinkage and disease control.
