Summary
This study tested whether watching a short video featuring interviews with people who overcame suicidal thoughts could help reduce risk factors for suicide. Researchers enrolled over 500 young adults who had experienced suicidal thoughts in the past year. They measured changes in participants' hopelessness and reasons for living after watching the video.
