Summary
This study tested a new virtual training program called FLAPS, designed to teach organization members how to better support suicide prevention for autistic people. Fifty-one participants from organizations that work with autistic people completed four online educational sessions. Researchers measured whether the training increased participants' knowledge and actions, and gathered feedback to improve the program.
