Summary
This study tests a new therapy called SAFETY for teens aged 10-17 who have recently attempted suicide. The therapy involves the teen and their family in learning skills to prevent another attempt. Researchers will compare SAFETY to standard care to see if it reduces suicide reattempts over 5 years.
