Summary
This study tested whether daily dietary sugar supplements could improve health in children with congenital disorders of glycosylation (CDG), a rare genetic condition. Researchers followed 20 children who were already taking or planning to take these supplements. They measured growth, blood sugar, liver function, and other health markers to see if the supplements helped.
