Which drug gets your bowels moving faster after surgery?

Summary

This study compares two medications, Sugammadex and Neostigmine with Glycopyrrolate, to see which one helps bowel function return faster after colorectal surgery. About 128 adults having laparoscopic bowel resection will be randomly assigned to receive one of the drugs. The main goal is to measure the time until the first bowel movement and ability to eat solid food.
