Summary

This study compares two suction-assisted techniques for removing medium-sized kidney stones (2-3 cm) in adults aged 18-60. The goal is to see which method better clears stones and reduces infection after surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two techniques, and outcomes like stone-free rate and complications will be tracked.
