Summary
This study looks at 120 adults with a mild form of underactive thyroid (subclinical hypothyroidism) to see if it changes liver enzymes and cholesterol levels. Participants will have their blood tested and compared to people with normal thyroid function. No treatment is given—the goal is simply to understand the connection better.
