Summary
This study tests a new, fast MRI method that takes about 5 minutes, uses no contrast dye, and often no sedation, even in children. Researchers will scan 80 people with Sturge-Weber syndrome (ages 3 months to 30 years) to see if this quick MRI can accurately detect brain abnormalities. They will also study how advanced MRI scans relate to thinking and motor skills, with the goal of guiding future treatments to reduce learning problems.
