Summary
This study will compare two methods (STUMBL and TTSS) for predicting serious complications and death in adults with blunt chest trauma, like from a car crash or fall. Researchers will enroll 124 patients to see which scoring system helps doctors make faster, better decisions in the emergency room. The goal is to improve early care and reduce risks like pneumonia or need for a breathing machine.
