Scientists spy on snackers to crack the code of diet failure
NCT ID NCT05562427
Summary
This study aims to understand why people have 'diet lapses'—moments when they eat off-plan—during weight loss programs. Researchers will track 150 adults in an online weight management program using smartphone surveys and wearable sensors over 18 months. The goal is to identify patterns in these lapses to help design better, more personalized weight loss support in the future.
