What makes you trust your doctor? a big study has answers
NCT ID NCT06526663
Summary
This study aimed to understand what factors influence a patient's trust in their primary care doctor. Researchers asked over 1,100 adults to read short stories about a doctor's visit that varied details like appointment length and the doctor's attentiveness. Participants then rated how much they would trust the doctor in the story, helping researchers learn which doctor behaviors build or break patient trust.
