Summary

This study tests a behavioral therapy method to help children aged 3 to 17 who have severe problem behavior, like aggression or self-injury. The goal is to see if alternating between times when the child can have their way and times when they cannot can reduce the return of problem behavior when caregivers must say no. The study involves 30 participants and compares two groups to find the best approach.
