This study aims to understand the causes and short-term outcomes for patients experiencing rectal bleeding (haematochezia) at Al-Rajhi University Hospital. Researchers will observe 70 adult patients over one year to identify common causes and factors that predict severe outcomes. The goal is to gather knowledge to help doctors better assess and manage this condition in the future.
