Summary

This study aims to understand why up to 1 in 4 children lose their ability to speak after surgery for a specific type of brain tumor. Researchers will follow 1,000 children from Nordic countries to track their recovery, analyze their genes, and compare different surgical techniques. The goal is to identify risk factors and find better treatments for this distressing condition.
