NCT ID NCT07450066

Summary

This study aimed to see if a nutrition plan tailored to a person's genes and body measurements works better than a standard plan based only on body measurements. It involved 150 adults of different weights who followed one of these two diet plans for six months. Researchers measured participants' weight, body fat, and various health markers in their blood to compare the results.
