Summary
This study aims to measure and understand the levels of moral distress, moral injury, and post-traumatic stress symptoms among nurses at Mayo Clinic. Researchers will survey over 21,000 nursing staff members to identify which workplace settings, specialties, and personal factors are linked to higher stress levels. The goal is to gather information that could help improve nurse well-being in the future.
