Summary
This study aimed to understand the relationship between using certain stimulant drugs and compulsive sexual behavior (hypersexuality) in gay and bisexual men. Researchers surveyed 55 men who used drugs in sexual settings to see if the compulsive behavior was caused by the drugs or existed beforehand. The goal was to gather knowledge to better understand and address the health risks associated with this combination.
