Can Over-the-Counter supplements beat tiredness? study seeks answers
NCT ID NCT07166523
Summary
This study tested whether certain health and wellness products could help reduce feelings of fatigue in adults. Over 500 participants in the U.S. took either an active product or a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients) for several weeks without knowing which one they received. Researchers measured changes in fatigue, sleep, anxiety, and thinking skills through online surveys to see if the products made a difference.
