Summary
This study aims to understand a specific type of Crohn's disease that doesn't respond well to standard medications. Researchers will follow 1400 patients in China for a year to see how common this hard-to-treat form is, how it differs from other cases, and what factors might predict it. The goal is to gather information to help doctors make better treatment decisions in the future.
