First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called ACM-001.1 in 120 obese adults who are taking semaglutide (a weight-loss medication). The goal is to see if ACM-001.1 can reduce the muscle loss that often happens with weight loss. The study has two parts: one where participants take both drugs together, and another where they continue ACM-001.1 after stopping semaglutide to see if muscle mass improves.
