Zapping the brain to unlock stiff arms after stroke

Summary
This study tests a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called high-definition tDCS to reduce arm stiffness and improve movement in people who have had a stroke. Researchers will enroll 30 adults with arm weakness on one side. The goal is to see if stimulating specific brain areas can calm overactive nerve pathways and help the arm work more normally.
