Summary

This study is observing 600 adults in Germany with a type of advanced lung cancer that has spread and has certain genetic changes. Participants are already receiving a combination of three drugs (tremelimumab, durvalumab, and platinum chemo) as their first treatment. The goal is to see how long people live and how well the treatment works in real-world settings, especially for those with high-risk gene mutations.
