Summary

This study tests a new treatment approach for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has spread. Participants first receive targeted radiation and a drug called olaparib, followed by a combination of olaparib and pembrolizumab. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors and help control the disease. The study is for adults who have already tried at least one other therapy.
