NCT ID NCT07199959

First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 38 times

Summary

This study aims to understand why some ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancers stop responding to the drug entrectinib. Researchers will analyze tumor or blood samples from 38 patients who have already taken entrectinib as part of their regular care. By looking at the genetic changes in these samples, they hope to identify the mechanisms of acquired resistance. This is an observational study, meaning no new treatments are being tested.
